  • You control certain data via settings and consent.
  • We don’t sell your personal info; limited sharing for operations.

1) Who we are

VidEarn is a rewards platform where users complete micro-tasks to earn VDE and related benefits. If you have questions, contact us at hello@videarnglobal.com.

2) Information we collect

  • Account data – name, username, email, password (hashed), referral code, profile settings.
  • Wallet & rewards – VDE balance, streaks, swaps history, withdrawal requests.
  • Task activity – tasks viewed, started, completed, timestamps, basic verification signals (e.g., duration checks, anti-bot signals).
  • Device & usage – IP, device identifiers, browser info, OS, language, app version, pages viewed, interactions, crash logs.
  • Communications – messages you send us (support, contact forms), marketing preferences.
  • Cookies & similar – session cookies, preferences, analytics cookies; see “Cookies” below.

3) How we use information

  • Provide and maintain the service, including account, wallet, rewards, and task verification.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and violations; enforce policies; ensure platform integrity.
  • Improve features and performance; analyze usage and conversions; fix bugs.
  • Communicate with you (service updates, security alerts, support responses).
  • Personalize content (e.g., recommended tasks) and measure effectiveness.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect rights and safety.

4) Legal bases (GDPR/UK GDPR)

  • Contract – to provide the service you request.
  • Legitimate interests – to secure, improve, and grow our services (balanced against your rights).
  • Consent – where required (e.g., certain cookies/marketing). You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legal obligation – where processing is necessary to comply with laws.

5) How we share information

  • Service providers – hosting, analytics, email delivery, anti-fraud, customer support, and payment/crypto infrastructure. They process data under instructions.
  • Task partners – aggregated, de-identified reports about campaign performance (no sale of your personal info).
  • Business transfers – in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, data may transfer as permitted by law.
  • Legal & safety – to comply with law, protect rights, users, and the platform, or respond to lawful requests.

6) Cookies & similar technologies

We use cookies/local storage for authentication, preferences (e.g., theme/accent), analytics, and security. You can control cookies via browser settings; disabling essential cookies may impact functionality.

7) Analytics & metrics

We use analytics to understand usage and improve the product (e.g., page views, session duration, task completion funnels). Where required, we seek consent and/or provide opt-out mechanisms.

8) Advertising

We may run our own promotional campaigns or work with privacy-minded providers. We currently do not sell your personal information. If this changes, we will update this Policy and provide required rights and opt-outs.

9) Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes (e.g., accounting, fraud prevention), then delete or anonymize it.

10) Security

We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the risk (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls). No online service can be 100% secure.

11) International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries outside your own. Where applicable, we rely on legally recognized transfer mechanisms (e.g., SCCs) and take steps to protect your data.

12) Children’s privacy

VidEarn is not directed to children. If you believe a minor provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

13) Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights over your data (e.g., access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection).

  • EU/EEA/UK – GDPR rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
  • California (CCPA/CPRA) – rights to know, correct, delete, and opt-out of “sale”/“sharing” of personal info; limit use of sensitive info; non-discrimination for exercising rights.
  • Other regions – we honor applicable local laws and will respond to valid requests.

To exercise rights, email hello@videarnglobal.com. We may request information to verify your identity and authority.

14) Do Not Track

Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no industry standard, we do not respond to DNT at this time. We will update this Policy if that changes.

15) Third-party links & services

Our site/app may link to third-party sites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their policies. Review those before providing personal data.

16) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, or legal requirements. We will post the updated version with a new effective date, and notify you as required.
